Sound healing Instruments

Tibetan singing bowls

Tibetan singing bowls are types of bells that vibrate and produce a rich, deep tone when played. Also known as Himalayan bowls, Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation and offer powerful healing properties. Buddhist monks have long used Tibetan singing bowls in meditation practice. Teo uses one bowl on the therapy bed for grounding and the other bowls in harmonizing the Chakra energies or on the body for different alinements, using both the sound and its vibration

Crystal singing bowls

Crystal singing bowls are similar types of bells that vibrate as the Tibetan Singing bowls, but have a more powerful vibratory effect as they are made of crystal. Teo uses the crystal bowl far from the therapy bed, for a soothing effect during the therapy session.

Therapy tuning forks

Therapy tuning forks are fork-shaped acoustic resonator used in many applications to produce a fixed tone, which frequencies are effective tools for use in Sound healing. They emit pure sounds that are represented as pure sine waves, without any harmonics, creating that sympathetic resonance when used on or around the body. Teo uses the tuning forks around or on the body (joints, bones or reflexology points).

Therapy monochord

Therapy monochord is a multi-stringed instrument, each string having the same note, which strumming r create a wave of sound, producing harmonics (overtones). Placing the monochord on the client’s body helps send that vibration at a cellular level, offering that well-being desired. The therapy monochord is used at the end of the therapy session by Teo.

Frame drum

Frame drum or a Shamanic drum, was a primary tool used in ancient times, believed to be a transformation tool in healing rituals. Teo uses its sound by striking the drum with the hand or the stick during or at the end of the session, for a proper grounding and release of unwanted emotions.

Ocean drum

Ocean drum is a sound healing instrument that imitates the sound of ocean, which is very soothing and can offer a way to go into a deeper relaxation or of into a self-discovery journey, during the therapy session.

Koshi chimes

Koshi chimes are wooden chimes which have 8 cords with steel pins inside, with each pin meticulously tuned. When the chimes are played by hand or by wind, the harmonies of the notes create a soothing musical sound. The Koshi chimes are normally used by Teo to close up a therapy session, for the final relaxation.
