3*50min sessions –> Before, during  and after pregnancy – anxiety release and loving restorative energy

3*50 min sessions per trimester (5 in total, 0 to 4), as follows:

• Trimester 0 (3 months pre-conception)
• Trimester 1

• Trimester 4 (3 months after birth, the post-partum period)

Recommended a total of 15 sessions, but as considered these can be purchases in packages of 3 and used anytime during these 5 trimesters

*For any requests outside of Amsterdam, travel costs by car rental should be also covered by the recipient of the session(s), as public transport is not an option with so many fragile instruments

I. Sound bath & guided meditations

• • Do you want to gather your friends and do something different, bounding but also healing?
  • Do you have a special occasion for which you want to organise something special and specific within/with your group of colleagues, friends, or family?
  • Think to replace 3rd bullet: would you like to experience a large diversity of sounds, in what you will feel as a sound bath? 

• Be prepared to experience a nourishing moment, with benefits for releasing energy blockages, while relaxing in your own personal group!

🡪 Then I am here to help you create your personalised private sound session choosing for the following:

1. Topic: grounding or purifying guided meditation, tea ceremony focused on setting positive intentions (if possible in the location), full/new moon rituals, breathwork or movement exercises, singing healing circle or mantra singing, etc;:
2. Sound bath: you can choose your desired instruments;
3. Duration: based on 1 and 2, I can recommended you a relevant duration;
4. Location: your home or at a studio that I can recommend, for the latter – extra price based on the cost of the location, handled by the client;
5. Date and time: once the previous items are set, date and time can be set;

The offer will be personalised to your expectations. I am glad to meet you and discuss over a phone/video call to guide you through the completion of the session structure.

II. The Sound of Healing – Private couples’ sessions

Loving kindness meditation and sound bath

• Do you want to enjoy a lovely session with your partner/your best friend/your mom/dad or a sibling?
• Do you feel something is missing and connecting with your partner/friend/family member through expanding the heart chakra energy field in a loving kindness mediation and sound bath is exactly what you need?
• Are you curious about how sound can resonate in a duet for both you and your partner/your best friend/your mom/dad or a sibling, making the connection stronger?
• Do you simply need a relaxing sound bath, to be pampered and embraced by positive energy and nourishing sound and wish to share it with a loved one?

Then I am here to help you create your personalised private couple sound session choosing for the following:

1. Purpose of the session: relaxation, grounding, reconnection, expanding the Heart Chakra, unlocking the Throat Chakra, tea ceremony with intention setting, etc. A list of questions will be addressed in the preparation of your private couple’s session;
2. Sound bath:can choose your desired instruments or leave it up to me to choose for you;
3. Duration: outside of the 15min I need to prepare the space, I recommend 50 minutes, but you also have the option for an extended session of 1 hour and 15 minutes if you’d like ;
4. Location: your home, please prepare your own mats and cushion and blankets;
5. Date and time: once the previous items are set, date and time can be set.

The offer will be personalised, and preliminary online conversation can be scheduled to guide you through the completion of the session structure, to be aligned with your expectations.

III. The Sound of Healing – Offer for  Employees in corporations

Group sound bath for mental exhaustion prevention and stress release 

• Nearly 1 of 6 people in the Netherlands were suffering from burnout in 2021, meaning 17% of the entire labour population (1.3mil workers )

• According to the researchers, over 40 percent of employees said their employers need to take measures against work stress. 37 percent indicated that work stress and work pressure caused their absenteeism
• It takes an average time of three months to a year to recover from burnout.

The most common causes of burnout are listed below and most of the time there is a mix of at least 3 of these causes making the employees to suffer from burnout.

• Unclear job expectations (mismatch of skills, poor onboarding, no clear OKRs, no visibility in career progression etc)
• Dysfunctional workplace dynamics (inequality or preferential treatment, no accountability on actions, no transparency, no clear decision-making process)
• Work life imbalance (longer working hours, constant peak periods, no bio/lunch breaks, weekend tasks, travel requirements, encouraged culture of ‘non-stop working’ etc)
• Lack of social support (People’s team in our case, and/or physical social group at work/in the virtual teams)
• Neglecting Personal Care and Needs (tendency of not moving, not knowing to set boundaries or say ‘no’, being over-perfectionist)
• High identification with causes one works in (activism, NGOs and impact driven organisations)
