Useful Information
Teo offers energy healing sessions, including Reiki and Pranic healing, which can be conducted in person or remotely. These sessions typically last between 50 to 75 minutes, with the introductory session being the longest.
The number of sessions required varies based on the client’s goals. Some prefer a single session for relaxation, while others opt for a series to address specific issues, with the length and frequency determined in consultation with Teo based on the severity of the imbalance.
Teo incorporates a unique blend of energy, sound (utilizing her or the client’s voice and various healing instruments), and color healing (via intention or by applying naturally colored silk scarves on the body).
Additional Chinese Medicine techniques such as vibrational acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, seed tapes, magnets, or other tools may be integrated into sessions on a case-by-case basis.
- First session – 1 hour and 15 minutes (Introduction to the therapy, the therapy session and feedback)
- Following sessions (a sequence of 4-8 sessions) – 50 minutes (Therapy session and short follow-up)
During in-person therapy sessions, clients recline on a therapy bed while remaining fully clothed. Depending on the specific therapy technique being utilized, Teo may lightly place her palms, instruments, or silk scarves on the client’s body with their consent. The therapy space is designed to promote calmness and tranquility, featuring subdued lighting and regular cleansing through the burning of incense, palo santo, sage, or other purifying elements, while adhering to all hygienic norms.
Possible reactions during sessions include deep relaxation, falling asleep, snoring, yawning, laughing, crying, shivering, feeling warm or cold, and experiencing sensory perceptions such as colors, images, tastes, and smells, or a combination thereof. The energetic flow and lasting vibrations from sound healing instruments, particularly if Tuning Forks are used to activate acupuncture points, continue to work on the client’s physical, emotional, and mental energy bodies for up to 48 hours.

The therapy will be done online, as follows:
- 10 minutes: Online connection on Zoom (communication medium) for 10 minutes to explain the session’s structure
- 30 minutes : Remote Reiki therapy offered by Teo and
- 5 minutes: Zoom reconnection at the end of therapy for a short feedback.
Please reserve 45 minutes in which you sit quietly, in silence, without disturbing factors, in order to absorb the received energy as efficiently as possible.
Introductory therapy session - Teo's signature combo
Face to face 75 min

The introductory session is your FIRST healing session with Teo.
This session has 3 parts:
- Discussion about the practice and how the sessions with Teo work (10 minutes)
- The therapy session itself (50min)
- A short feedback (10 minute)
This healing consist of a combination of energy healing (Reiki and Pranic healing), combined with sound healing – Teo’s voice, your voice and different ancestral intruments and color healing (intention or actual colored scarves). On top, elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine such as diagnosic (based on constitution, tongue and pulse assessment) or vibrational acupuncture could be added to the treatment.
Aura cleansing, balancing Chakra’s energy and balancing yin and yang through the channels, will determine the disbalances that need to be considered for futher session(s).
Follow-up therapy session - Teo's signature combo

The chosen session is a follow-up session after the 75-minute introductory therapy session. This healing session can be part of a series of sessions or it can be an individual session, depending on Teo’s recommendation after the introductory session and your own choice of treatment.
The session consists of the therapy itself (energy healing –> Reiki and Pranic healing, sound healing, color healing and vibrational acupuncture) and a short follow-up after the end of the session.
